Straight answers
What exactly am I buying?
A single file called Craft-Command-Center.html and a license key. Save the file on your computer, double-click it, and it opens in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox). There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Does it work on my phone or tablet?
Yes, it is designed for small screens too, and Sell mode is especially handy on a phone at a fair. One thing to know: your work is saved on the device you use. Your phone and your computer do not share data automatically. Most makers keep their main records on one computer and use the backup file to move them if needed.
Where is my information kept? Is it safe?
Everything you type stays inside the web browser on your own computer. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see it. Because it lives on your computer, backups matter: the app reminds you, and in Chrome and Edge it can save a dated backup file to a folder you choose, such as your cloud drive, automatically.
Does it connect to Etsy or Shopify?
It does not connect live. Instead, download your orders file from Etsy or Shopify and import it in a few clicks. Orders you already imported are skipped, and there is an undo button.
Does it do my taxes or take card payments?
No. It organizes your sales, expenses, mileage and inventory into clear reports for you or your tax preparer, using categories that follow the US Schedule C. It does not file taxes or give tax advice. It also does not charge cards: use your usual card reader, then tap Card in Sell mode so the fee is counted.
What is the difference between Standard and Lifetime?
Both unlock every feature you see today. Standard is version 1, yours to keep, with bug fixes. Lifetime also includes every future update and new feature at no extra cost, plus email support. You can start with Standard and upgrade later for the difference in price.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
A license is for one person. You can move your work to a new computer any time: download a backup file on the old one, open the app on the new one, unlock it with your key and restore the backup.
What if I lose my key or need help?
Email from the address you bought with and we will send your key again. Every screen has a gold Help button with step-by-step guides. Lifetime owners also get email support.
Will it make my business profitable?
It will show you your real costs and what each price actually earns you, which is where better decisions start. What you sell and how much is up to you, so we do not promise any level of income.
